How do I book a room/make a reservation?
Click on the "Book Now" button at the top of the page to reserve your room. Choose Thursday-Sunday, or $20 Monday, and the number of people in your group, then choose which room you would like to play.
Can I book in advance for 2 people?
No, it is a 3 person minimum to book online. However, if you walk in and there is a spot available, 2 people can play a room.
How long does it take to play a room?
You have one hour to complete the room, and it normally takes groups close to the entire hour to complete it.
Do you give discounts for large parties?
No, the rooms can accommodate up to 10 people. For parties larger than this, please book 2 separate rooms.
Do I have to pay in advance to reserve?
Yes, we require payment in advance for at least 3 people.
I don't really know how many people will be joining my group - what should I do?
Reserve and pay for 3 people in advance so you guarantee your spot, then pay for the rest upon arrival.
Where are you located? Where should I park? Do you have a dedicated entrance?
We are located in the Pony Village Mall, near Joann Fabric and Maurices, where the old Payless Shoes was. We recommend parking near our back door, which is painted black, on the 12th Street side of the mall.
How early do I need to arrive for my reservation?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your reservation.
Is my reservation a private room or am I grouped in with other people?
All of our rooms are private - you will only be with your group.
I can't come in at my reserved time - can I get a refund?
We do not give refunds, but we do give a credit for future use.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, please click the gift cards button at the top of the webpage.
Do I need to sign the liability waiver?
Yes, there needs to be one liability waiver signed for each group that plays a room. You can either sign in advance or at the time of your appointment.
Can I sit down in a room and still enjoy the experience?
Absolutely! We do our best to accommodate everyone - please let us know if you need a chair brought in to the room.
What ages can participate?
We have had every age participate and enjoy their experience. Children 7 and under are free with each paying adult (one free kid under 7 per paying adult). Kids 16 and under must have a paying adult in the room with them to play.
How often do you change out your rooms?
This one varies! Our first 2 rooms (the Museum Heist and the Abandoned Mine) took a little over 3 months to build. We changed out the Mine for the month of October, 2021, for Halloween, but brought the Mine back in November, 2021. We built our 3rd room, for Christmas 2021, then changed that one over to our Psycho Murder Cabin which is proving to be a very popular room. The Museum Heist closed in September, 2022, to make way for the Halloween room, then the Christmas room. It has now been completely overhauled and opened as the Saloon Shootout on 5/27/2023. The 4th room, Search for Bigfoot, opened in August, 2022. We closed the Abandoned Mine at the end of August, 2023, to make way for our Haunted Carnival Halloween Room and then for Krampus vs. Santa during the Christmas season. We will be opening a brand new room in Spring, 2024! Be sure to tell us your ideas for future rooms!
